You give 20Mb web space - I only need 10Mb - can I have a discount?

Unfortunately we cannot give a reduced price as it is not really the "web space" that makes up the cost of the web / email services.

For instance if you were to take "just" web / email forwarding you get no web space (just forwarding to your existing web space elsewhere) and the cost is £50.
Alternatively if you took the standard 20Mb web space package then chose to to add an extra 10Mb web space we would only charge an extra £20.
If you wanted a whole extra 80Mb (to take it to 100Mb) it would only cost £95 extra.

In effect the actual physical web space only makes up a small amount of the total cost. What you are paying for is the actual web server service, email forwarding, web stats, search engine submission and technical support.

We allocate 20Mb as standard as we aim that web space package to be suitable for 95% of the web sites we host some of which use most of the 20Mb whereas others will only use a very small amount.
